Overview

Texas-based trucking companies can receive funding to improve safety compliance, purchase safety technology, and train drivers. Priority given to small carriers under 50 trucks.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a Texas-registered motor carrier (TXDOT authority)
  • Company fleet under 100 power units
  • Must have USDOT number and active MC authority
  • No serious safety violations in past 12 months

LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, Sole Proprietorship
